I DID IT! I USED MY ENTIRE CARROT!
I cut my carrot in three. Carrot, stems, and the leaves. I made a taziki sauce with the leaves with protein Greek yogurt! SO GOOD! I will dip the carrots in that! I also made a marinade with the stems mixed with garlic and a dash of salt! Three ways all healthy and all sustainable! 0 waste! Moving on to making my onion peels a spice! Thank you so much for your channel! Will never try to waste again! I live in an apartment so compost starts to stink so I'm just thinking of maybe with my other vegetables making V8, chips, or fruit peels candies or other things! Thank you sooo much! Makes me appreciate vegetables and fruit more

Carrot tops and other root tops are great garnishes and great in salads or any place you would use sprouts or herbs I always buy my veggies with the tops

Remember to switch around your Carrot, potatoes and other greens that grow like them in the soil!! It helps out since any all need different things, if they stay in one area for to long what they need wont be there anymore so its best to swap them around!
