There is no better place than IESE to kick-start your career. The IESE MiM is an immersive experience at one of the world’s best business schools. It will transform your perspectives and your prospects. The program goes beyond a comprehensive grounding in the fundamentals of business management – you’ll also build real-world know-how, and understand how to put theory into practice. IESE’s strong links with top recruiters in Europe and worldwide will open doors for your future.

Transcription:
I'm assuming you have questions about what salaries are like post MiM.
It's a very fair question to ask.
Now if I were you I would go online and I would check out the rankings, like the Financial Times, and look at what other European MiM schools are reporting there.
You know why? Because the same companies that go recruit to those schools are the ones that come to IESE.
What I can talk to you about though, is the different formats in which MiM's are hired.
So you have the internship.
You have the full-time.
You have the internship plus a full-time, and then you have the graduate program.
At IESE we work with every student to help them achieve their goals, regarding which format they want to access.
What I want to invite you to think though is that maybe salary is not the best motivator, because salary should be a consequence of your hard work and the values that you bring to a company.
What I want to invite you to think is that your motivator should be a career.
