Right technique, but I wonder how it tastes using store bought milk. My mom makes tofu using soaked soy beans which are then blended, filtered to get the soy milk only, boiled, then add water mixed with lemon juice/ vinegar/ or pineapple juice, and lastly filter curds and press out any remaining liquid. Her recipe usually makes firm tofu, but depending on how much coagulant or what type used, can affect the texture.

My mother used cow or buffalo's milk to make paneer-

I'm Asian and we use Tofu in alot of our cuisine.. trust me when I say there are much simpler, tasty and efficient ways to make your Tofu lol

Back in the late 50's early 60's we made this. It was impossible to find tofu. I still do. Cool part is that it's less expensive and you always have what you need to make it happen. Good job!
