After every weight lifting training I just hang in the Olympic rings, just hang as long as my hands handles it x 3 times
I have had NEVER any injury thanks to this is sacred for me, and I couldn't care less if people stare at me hahaha recommend

The sitting glute stretch, the hamstring stretch where one foot is propped up against the wall as you bend your opposite knee down. Also the standing lat stretch when u grab a horizontal bar about sternum height and step out with that side foot
