I quit social media 5 years ago, I never check news. Life-changing! I live in my bubble and surround myself with positive content. I'm only addicted to YT and I would love to take a day off of watching videos. It's a great combination of 2 assignments: mindful eating + unplugging!

I'm glad to be aware of how toxic SM can be, and to limit it each day to a minimum as standard, still, 24h without was a balm. Thank you both

ive been trying to lessen my use and tailor my social media content to only things that nourish me, but man it’s hard sometimes! this is exactly what i needed today!

Well, we all saw this one coming. 😉 I also, will need to do this on another day. I was not the social media user that I am today prior to the pandemic quarantine. Not an excuse, and I've cut way back, still, I know a break will be a challenge. A beautiful walk, and now that I have started such a good book, I may be all set, we'll see. ❤😎

I actually eliminated Facebook and Instagram yesterday, not the accounts though. Very productive day and no anxiety, had time to exercise and cook vegan 😊, please everybody, try it, your mental health will say thank you! 🙏

Eeeep! I knew this one was coming. I need it though! We are doing them one day behind, so we have a day advance. My husband didn't use social media, but does listen to the news. I am the opposite. Anyway, thanks!

I am thinking you would have no difficulty making this into a 365 day program, not just 30 days! Really enjoying this. I’ll do today’s assignment tomorrow though. I already blew it today!

I ditched all of it about a year ago, and I could definitely use a detox from the NEWS on tv!! Will do! Does this include YouTube now that I’ve got my assignment ? I don’t use YouTube for news or whatever, just yoga and animal welfare and conservation videos ❤️😁
