You won’t believe this but last night as I was trying to fall asleep, as I am still sick, ( it’s the flu- not the C word…) I thought of you two and felt like I should tell YOU how much of a positive impact you have had on me in the past two years. You literally got me through the pandemic thus far. You taught me so much. Not only about yoga, but about LIFE. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you both, SO MUCH. Now I’m crying!! 🙏

This mindfulness exercise is already making me tear up. The reality is we don’t know when will be the last day. We often think we have infinite time to see or talk to someone. I will take this one extremely serious and write letters to those who matter to me. Thank you both for having made a positive impact in my life and many. Sending you love and well wishes♥️

Thank you both for a wonderful mindfulness program so far! This one hit home for me personally. I lost my brother suddenly when he was only 21 and I was 25 at the time. This is something I strive to do with my loved ones. That loss taught me that we don't know how long we'll have on this Earth. Thank you for sharing your positive energy with us. Sending you love and gratitude ✌️

This my mother thought me since i was a kid! You never know when will be the last time you meet the person you speak to. It could be the last time so always finish kindly and with respekt :) so beautiful

I’m thankful to have made it every day so far. Surprisingly, today has been the hardest one for me. I try to be mindful of this topic often, but today was extra sensitive for some reason. After every interaction, I left crying thinking about all the wonderful people in my life. Thank you so much for sharing

Wow! This one is deep. Imagine everyone did that all the time and that was the norm. There would be so much more joy in the world and people would feel so much more appreciated. Love this one. I listened to a Buddhist monk who said to reflect on death every morning that way you would appreciate your day and make the most of it. Cause anything can happy at any time. Kind of related. It's going to feel strange for both me and the person we interact with. Here I go. Much love! ✌️🙏🌍🌝🌚🪐🌞❄️❄️❄️
