Check the package but in general 1 serving is about 1.5 tablespoons of chai seed. I make several servings at once and keep it in the refrigerator.
Chai seeds + coconut milk and or almond milk + sweetener of choice
Stir well and let soak overnight
Garnish with fruit and enjoy a delicious 😋 creamy and super healthy snack, dessert or even breakfast!
