anzeige - MEAL PREP chia pudding with me and @koro_de

I made 4 servings, and the chia pudding lasts for 5-7 days (stored in the fridge). you need (per serving / glass)
• 25g chia seeds
• 100g raspberries
• 100ml almond milk
• 20g protein powder (I used vanilla)
• 50-70g yogurt
• vanilla extract

• top with raspberries (fresh or dried)

Note if the texture of the chia seeds bother you in chia seed pudding. Blending the seeds in the blender with the rest of the ingredients will make it smooth and creamy 💜

This makes 1 serving so to prep this for a few days, simply add the same amount below to each jar you are prepping😊
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/3 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 tsp Honey
1 Tbsp Vanilla Yogurt
Blueberries are optional

Honestly I think it taste 1000x better to just have your yogurt and pour the chia seeds on top. Gives it a little crunch. Mmm so good. 💖
