I made 4 servings, and the chia pudding lasts for 5-7 days (stored in the fridge). you need (per serving / glass)
• 25g chia seeds
• 100g raspberries
• 100ml almond milk
• 20g protein powder (I used vanilla)
• 50-70g yogurt
• vanilla extract
• top with raspberries (fresh or dried)
