This is great sir.

I have a question.

Can a nap (time) + half night rest (time) be brought together to reach my normal sleeping hours.

Every Monday, I used to be awake from 11 PM to 2AM because of my spiritual life. Then wakes up by 5AM. That's our praying hours and it unfortunately can't be modified.

We wake up by 5AM to get home. And one only gets 3hrs sleep (i.e, from 2AM - 5AM).

My question is...

What should be the best approach out of these, as I get mental fatigue after such practice.

1. Should I nap before the prayers (Proactive)? 4 hrs nap (let's say from 7pm - 11pm)? Can the 4hrs nap be combined with the 3hrs sleep I get after the prayers to make up 7hrs of sleep, which is my personal sleeping duration.
2. What of sleeping from 2PM after our prayers to 8 or 9AM (I have accommodations for that). Considering that it's also a 7-hr sleep, is it a good practice?
3. If the proactive nap will be better, should it be before or after 3PM (according to your teaching) considering I'm taking it to outsmart mental fatigue and not to drive sleep?

I have tried recovery naps, and it is only destructive. It pushes me to sleep the whole day, ruining my daily work. And the kind of foggy feeling I used to get before the recovery nap isn't sth to endure.

Please help me. My main point is to releave the mental drop after the Prayers while also not using more than 7 hrs of sleep.
