I do this everyday, 1:15 until 1:50 and Im good at work then gym right after. I do this M-F so by weekends I'm chill

When I take a 20 minute nap I don’t fall asleep I’m just there with my eyes closed thinking. How can I fix that?

Over 30 is bad

But then the person that i know take care of his body the most in the world Cristiano Ronaldo naps for 90 minutes for like 4-5 times a day
