that is so true....few times when i sleep after lunch but somehow due to some disturbance my sleep disturbs and walk up at a sudden in period of 20mins....but after that it feels like a new beginning new sudden boost of u sir..we got the science behind it....

sir today in the afternoon i was sitting on my chair completely relaxing my body closing my eyes and just visualising my end goal for which i am struggling and after just 15 mins i was so much effective and focused in my studies and i think this is also a method to visualise and taking a power nap at the same time and being effective in your life thanks for the video sir
