Quite a few people in the impacted areas did have food supplies, medicine, generators...but saw it all get washed away.
What many of those were lacking was an exit strategy.

This is not coming from a judgemental place.. we MUST get past those trying to connect preparedness to being a conspiracy nut. This is a propaganda technique kinda like being smart is nerdy. Being of the mindset that there may be times when no one may be available to come may save you & your families lives. My prayers go out to all affected 🙏

I don’t live far from you, but didn’t suffer negative effects from Helene. I am starting to get my house in order now. I need to make sure I can provide food for my husband and children WHEN and not if the bottom falls out for this area as well. I have a feeling it’s coming for all of us.

I'm in the Texas hill country. We've had tragic floods in our area but nothing like the huge overwhelming damage and loss that your region is navigating through. My prayer is that this is a major wake up call for everyone with eyes to see and ears to hear. You have inspired me! You are grounded and so right about where we are as a society. We have a lot of beliefs in common and if we lived next to each other we would be great friends. I've grown a garden for decades. Dealt with all the challenges, all the weather, etc and I'm looking at your beautiful thriving greens and thinking it's time to dive in to the hydroponic world. So with you as a guide, here I go. Thank you precious and wise internet friend for your self sustaining guidance and contagious confidence.

I need to be taught. I am new here because of Helene, but I think God use that to get me to you, to get me to this information. I will be watching your videos and hopefully putting new things into practice. Thank you!

I stumbled across your channel recently. I'm a nomad that is traveling and completely self contained with my own power and am learning more about the aero growing method for my food. My berkey cleans water for me. You are here on YT for us all to learn from . We need to get back to basics of living off the land and being self sufficient. Thank you for being a wonderful inspiration of source we all need at this time. 😊❤

Hi I found your channel because somebody copied you to bitchute about H Helene recovery. I watched a few of your videos and you are a very impressive, inspiring strong individual. I love diy food production you educate people on and I noticed you balance info out and try to find what is objectively true (and what is subjective or rumors) and right for you. I have not watched this video, yet, will watch now. Thank you for great content. I wish you and your community strength in the coming days, weeks and months now things are different. Greetings from Europe

I absolutely agree with you on being prepared and getting your house in order. I just came out of a shelter during Hurricane Milton here in Sarasota Florida. I was in a medical shelter with my husband as his caregiver. I brought all my own emergency supplies cot, blanket pillow, cooler for my husbands meds and my backup batteries and food with me to the shelter even though the shelter served food. I was able to teach preparedness to others in the shelter. I brought some of my own dehydrated roselle tea to share with my roommates in the shelter. There are so many unprepared people when it comes to emergencies. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this topic.

This would be a good opportunity to “preach” and educate WRT growing food, water filtration, etc. Many people’s minds will be open to this.

I really appreciate the common sense info you are sharing. You have been a source to tell my friends and family about the disaster. News does no justice.

Being prepared is essential. Unless your home was totally swept away.😢

I got overwhelmed with growing tomatoes, corn, peppers and cucumbers this year. They all were very productive. I canned more than ever and froze a lot too. I need to plan my gardens better.

You inspired me! I have had a hydroponic system sitting in its box for the last year and half, and after watching your channel I finally unboxed it and planted seeds. On day three I already have one lettuce and three basil plants! I also ordered a sprouting jar (never had heard of these before your channel), and will be planting that today. Next up after that- green onions. Thank you for your channel!!

I found your channel because of the hurricane updates. But I love to garden on our 21 acres in central NC and I’m always looking for info on gardening and sustainable living. So I’m so excited to learn some new things from you. Thank you for sharing your wealth of info and skills! ❤Praying for all of my WNC neighbors.

I'm so glad to have found your channel. As a former Girl Scout I have learned many "primitive" cooking skills but have not used them in many many years. I live in an apartment so my space is small. I've begun to think I need to step into more sustainable living since all of the crazy things happening in our world. Thanks and God bless; and the best to you as you continue to share your knowledge.

I'm so enjoying your videos ... thank you ❤
It brings back memories for me, in Australia. I'm 70 now and when I was 24 (sooo long ago) my hubby (he has since passed) and I bought 120 acres and built a house and lived sustainably. There was a community slowly but surely. When I was pregnant with my 2nd baby, we had massive floods and washed away the main bridge. No going anywhere. We managed, but I had to be transported out as I had a scare with the pregnancy. It was a month before a makeshift bridge was built.
Thank you again for sharing and may God bless you. 🤗💓💐
