Love this approach 💯 sounds like if you bring up the elephant in the room in the beginning and the clients still on board you’re in the clear. If they’re not you get them out in the beginning rather than in the thick of it

Why is it when my practice partners make the ‘no’ question, it sounds passive-aggressive? He must be doing something wrong but we can’t pinpoint what it is
