I’m gonna update!
WEEK 1:
DAY 1✅: frankly I feel a little lightheaded, heard some cracking noises and some pain. Honestly, I felt it working!!! Fighting<3
DAY 2✅: okay I felt good today. I felt so relaxed in the neck & my shoulders. Definitely feel like it’s working!!!FIGHTING!!!
DAY 3✅: my neck & shoulders are less sore now. and are more relaxed. this is a very good stretch if you have a bad posture. Fighting guys!
DAY 4✅: this stretch is so good guys trust me I’m already seeing changes in my neck even tho they are small changes but every change matters!!! FIGHTING
DAY 5✅: yayyy day 5 done!!!! Fightingggg
DAY 6✅: lessgoooo!!! Fighting!!!
DAY 7✅: yayyy guysss!!! Completed a week let’s gooo!!! So proud!!! Fighting!

DAY 8✅: was so tired but still did it because fighting!!!!
DAY 9✅: honestly my posture has improved so much. fighting!!!
DAY 10✅: honestly my neck is much more slimmer now than it was before and posture is improved so much!!!!

DAY 14✅: two weeks my shoulder & neck regions are much more slimmer than before! Gonna continue!

Gonna update!
day 1- honstly feel a little lightheaded, heard a lot of cracking and some pain and discomfort! helped me try to fix my shrimp posture
day 2- lot less cracking and discomfort, my back and neck felt thankful to me all day, felt a lot less pain throughout the day and honestly feel a lot more tightened up lol
day 3- almost none cracking, literally no more discomfort, my jaw is a little more defined and i felt good all day spent it with no pain
day 4- GUYS THIS IS LITERALLY A LIFE CHANGER MY BACK AND NECK DONT EVEN HURT THAT BAD ANYMORE AND I CAN STAND STTAUGHT WITHOUT PAIN LETS GOOO. My jaw and side profile look so much more defined and visible and my chin is a lil reduced.
day 5- my upper back + neck are slimmer there is less fat jiggling out of tight shirts
sorry for not updating. we had bad thunderstorms and we were left without electricity and a roof.. alot of patching up to do

Day 2: ✅ it's easy to do and it is very calming especially after doing my workout

I did this stretch and the collar bone stretch of emi and trust me i got collar bone and perfect jawline in just 1 week .... you all must try these two stretches if you are looking for collar bone and jawline...❤
