Hot temperatures kill most beneficial things in honey, leaving only sugar. I’m taking my coffee warm, not hot. About 50 degrees Celsius, brewing on 85 degrees.

I did the coconut oil, or mtc oil for the keto type diet and didn’t really change weight. I have the last stubborn 20 pound belly fat mid life spread. I’ve tried everything including hot yoga and weight training. Carnivore diet if I stick to it is the one that makes my belly fat budge off!

I made up a mixture last night as per your notes, minus the honey, I do not care for honey.
I had my Coffee, Cinnamon and Coconut Oil, and went to have my breakfast maybe 20 minutes later, and I managed 1 spoonful of yogurt, and I felt full and could eat no more, till almost 3pm, I don't know whether this was supposed to happen, but I liked it.

Thanks for the information. I'm an avid coffee drinker. I drink coffee throughout my entire day. Not to hype on the sweetener side; mostly creamer only added to my coffee. But this is something I'm willing to try.

I've been taking a high quality Ceylon Cinnamon supplement for many months now, mainly to help with joint pain, inflammation, and stable blood sugar levels throughout the day. You have to get the good stuff though, from Sri Lanka. Much of the store spice section (Cassia type) has a substance called coumarins, which are toxic in high amounts.

No, honey is almost indistinguishable from table sugar: half fructose, half glucose. It has the same affect on your insulin trigger and liver fat. In fact fructose is the reason so many younger people today have cirrhosis - the rise in sugar consumption. And the glucose is stored as body fat if not burned quickly. The trace nutrients in honey are too small to make any difference in health.

Cinnamon bark added to coffee grounds, add evoo to cup of coffee, Im going to start adding cayenne pepper. Some sugar and corn syrup free splenda for taste.
