My Grandma drank 4 daily cups of very strong coffee, her last cup was b4 going to bed. She lived healthy until her death at 92yrs old.

Moderation is the Key…I have been drinking 4–5 Cups of Strong coffee for the last 25 years…no issues…tachycardia and bradycardia only if you combine with other energy drinks / Butter will have adverse effects….

I am drinking black coffee since 1981 until now that I am 68 still drinking coffee no less than 5 cups a day. I am used to it until now and I feel super energetic, no tiresome day despite bulky workloads.

At my senior age now, I don't have any medicine maintenance.

I drink coffee 2 hrs before going to bed so I can sleep you anyway for the health concern.

I always add a tablespoon of grass-fed ghee or grass-fed butter with a tablespoon of MCT oil to my black coffee, no sugar, as part of my ketogenic lifestyle over two years. I lost 96 pounds in two years. My HDL skyrocketed from 32 to 64, and my triglycerides dropped from 111 down to 66. Sometimes, I also add a teaspoon of Anthony's Ceylon Cinnomon to my black coffee, no sugar 😊

I've been drinking coffee since I was 6 years old!! I have four to five cups per day. But i stay away from energy drinks! But i do have AFib since i was 16 years old! Now I'm 72 years and like my Coffee...ive lived long enough..so it doesn't matter anymore. Hee hee haw haw 🤠🤣🎉
