I’ve been a coffee drinker since my late teens, several cups a day (organic milk, no sugar). Now I’m going on 67 years old & have no serious health issues. It’s so comforting & delicious, especially that first cup at sunrise. 🌄 ☺️☕️

I am drinking coffee since I was 6 years old ( I know it sounds bad but I was living with my grandmother back then -a passionate coffee drinker herself and I literally grew up in a coffee culture - afternoons cake and coffee the best:) My grandmother died at the age of 93- she was never overweight and did eat very little meat- smoked for 60 years- I am a non smoker - no meat and lots of exercise - and max 4 cups of coffee a day but i just love the taste and smell and I enjoy the process of drinking it - a ritual every single day- a constant in my life- L O V E coffee☕❤

I admit that if I drink too much coffee I do get a bad reaction. However, when I quit drinking coffee for a few days, recently, I found that my sinuses over did it. I drink one large cup of coffee each morning which calms my overactive sinuses. No sugar. I am a few days from my 75th birthday and have been drinking one to two cups a day since I was 19.

I’m a Colombian living abroad, I was raised in my homeland drinking coffee during breakfast, moms use ground coffee and fabric filter to prepare it. Ppl now say the way I prepare coffee is too fancy, but I’m just trying to bring back memories. I didn’t know of all these health befits from coffee! But I can tell with one sip if the coffee is good haha, and I hate paying for a cup of bad coffee! I hope to go back to Colombia soon ☕️🇨🇴

2 healthy cups in the morning and I start my day. I have this coffee maker from Germany where the loud alarm goes off in the morning and the coffee starts brewing. That smell getting out of bed is truly great.

I'm about half way through this video and so far it's pretty bogus. I know a lot of people with type 2 diabetes and they all drink coffee. I've known people with Parkinson's Disease and they drink coffee. Also, recommending sugar in your coffee to stimulate the brain is horrible advice. Our systems are AWASH in glucose (and fructose) and so adding more glucose and fructose (table sugar) to coffee is not going to help. That "slump" you're feeling after lunch is the result of spiming your blood sugar during lunch. The slump is from coming down off that high. In effect, it's a hangover from the bread and pasta you had for lunch.

Sugar is at the heart of all manner of disease and we need to be preaching that. Coffee is a stimulant, which elevates cortisol and adrenaline. These effects are temporary and have a downside to that upside.

I enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning but I'm not kidding myself. Staying off sugar and processed carbohydrates is far better advice than having another cup o' java.

Well you husband stopped drinking coffee and he came down with cancer and died at 65. I’ve been drinking coffee since I was 16 and I’m now 75 and still kicking. I like it and I prefer it over any other beverage so I’ll keep drinking it.

I only drink one 12-oz mug of dark Coffee (with a little Half&Half, no Sugar) daily...at a Café. That's enough for me. I'm 75 with no health problems and have never been overweight. I think BALANCE is everything. At home I drink Teas.

The only drug of which my mother partook was coffee and I started drinking coffee at about 13 years old. My mother lived to 100 years old. I am a young 77 years old now, most people can't believe I am that old. My mother was also a vegetarian, I am not but I don't eat a lot of meat or sugar. I like to eat fruit and a pesto I make in my Nutribullet made of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and cilantro and/or spinach. Also a sweet I make of tbsp. Coconut oil, honey, turmeric and pepper. And I get special coffee pods for Keurig from Sigma, coffee with lion's mane mushroom (for your brain) and Chaga mushroom (for everything). It's the coolest!
