I think Aboud mentioned it in another video, but if you can’t do a normal pull up, try negative pull ups. Jump and hold yourself up as long as you can and lower yourself as slow as you can and repeat about 10 times every other day and you should be able to do a few standard pull-ups in a week. Once you get to that point and use Aboud’s advice and do as many reps and sets as you can and eventually, pull ups will become easy. When I first started, I couldn’t even do 1 pull-up without kickoff nf my legs u. In a month, I was able knock out multiple sets of 10+ strict (stiff, no kicking)pull ups. In less than 4 months, I was able to do close to 30 without stopping and it all started with negative pull ups. Probably the best fitness advice I ever had.

Yea, pushups are better than bench pressing in my opinion. So many more muscles are worked out with pushups then benching

Just make sure to go hard each session, failure is the name of the game baby, if you wanna grow. In the beginning you will get sore for longer, so twice a week is the minimum amount of times you wanna hit a particular exercise.

The thing that will make sure that will build the MAXIMUM amount of muscle is going 5 sets to failure each session for each exercise, and doing ATLEAST 2 sessions a week, and more if you are not sore, how much more depends on you, but if you can't do your previous session's max, then stop with that one set and workout the next day or the day after the next day. After a few months you will be able to do 3-4 times a week.

The thing is, 5 sets till failure is gonna fuck you up boy, and in a good way, that's a serious stimulus to make your muscles grow, and if you want *MOST AMOUNT OF GROWTH POSSIBLE EACH WEEK*, you have to go that hard, that's what will make your body produce muscle tissue.

So if you are atleast hitting it twice a week, you will building muscle just fine.

Also cardio is a must do thing everyday, for me it's shadowboxing and that's the most logical cardio ever, for you it can be whatever you want, but it's gotta be hard.

And that's it.

Each time you destroy those muscles, they will come back stronger than before after the soreness is gone or after 72 hours, but you gotta keep at it, atleast twice a week. Atleast.

Great video Aboud. Been doing this for about a year since I started watching you and it's worked great. This also helps to prevent injury when using weights.

I know that with just a 6x6 foot clearing and NOTHING else I can work myself harder than I have ever worked myself in my life.

I think what Aboud is pointing out, is simplicity, consistency and discipline. It's like learning anything else, you have to put in the work, be consistence with it, eat clean etc. etc.

There's a lot of fad/cookie cutter BS out there that ultimately, it's simple to gain a muscular physique, but it's not easy.

I have been slacking on the eating part, so I need to get more discipline with that. Thanks for sharing brother.

I done this workout today but don't have a pull up bar so replaced with Db rows. Gonna do it 5-6 times a week. Gym has been closed here for a few months but I prefer training alone in my house. Them bodyweight squats are no joke, done 75, 60, 50 and they were on fire!!
You should make more videos on fitness, enjoying your videos even though they are a few years old

My two cents is : buy a sturdy dipping+chinup tower. Weighted dips and chinups got your entire pushing and pulling muscles covered. Just add weight over time. If dips hurt your clavicles or shoulders, get only a wall pullup bar and do weighted pushups. Between benches/two sturdy chairs/bricks whatever.
Shoulders don't get worked enough though, so just get some simple adjustable dumbbells and do lateral raises, maybe high rep rows and perhaps curls, or just get an ok bar, and do also romanian deadlifts and shrugs, got your posterior chain and traps covered. Done. No squat cage, no machines ( though pulley one is good ), no weird setups. If you want to squat, do it zercher style.
This is what I've been doing for years, plus gym on and off.

A great routine is push-ups x 1, pull-ups x 1, prisoner squats x 2. Pyramid supersets

1-10-1 for pull-ups and push-ups
2-20-2 for bw squats.

Definitely going to try this method because my labor job wears me off. And my schedule is out of wack. Funny awhile back I used to do all those pushes up, pull ups definitely a lot of seat ups and squats. This is skipping a lot of school I was tone as fuck. Then I gain weight and lost it all for doing a year work out. I almost look like the same way I did back then. Now I gain like crazy. I'm 5'7 weighing 171 pounds. But a year ago I was 132pound. Bro what a huge difference once you get a job and awful sleep.... I hope your method does a hell of a number on me.

Aboud my friend is a pharmacist and to get your natural testosterone do squats with no weights & burbeis .it releases testosterone in your adralanan glands near your kidneys.i started using dhea & testosterone not to get big but for iner health on doctors prescriptions coz I let my self go & you feel good mentaly .I have always been natural my normal weight was 95 or 100kilos without training but when I got sick I let my self go & got to 135 kg.i just do my boxing with the kids & iv noticed big changes.but you know as we get older we loose 1% testosterone a year try & get it from your doctor you feel alive
