Healthy adults move an average of 10,000 steps a day. With walking / step workouts, you can get all of your steps in right at home!

The average person can walk a mile in about 2,000 steps.

This fat-burning, fun walking workout will get you to over 2,300 steps in 18 minutes. This one goes quickly! You'll walk to the beat, and there are cues for the upcoming movements, so you'll never feel lost. Even though you're only stepping, this routine is still intense enough to make you break a sweat!

I've included a step counter, so you can relax and focus on moving to the beat. I've also added lots of arm movement as well to maximize calorie-burn.

I've had a cold the past days that I can't seem to shake off so I haven't been able to go to the gym so this walk work-out was perfect. I especially love the last part, it's so easy to forget to be grateful for the bodies that we have right now. Thank you!
