0:55 - 1. Barbell press front and back 3-4sets, 12-15 rep
2:00 - 2. Hammer arm side elbow raises 3sets, 15rep
03:00 - 3. one arm side lateral 3sets, 12-15rep
03:55- 4. Arnold press 2sets 1st - medium weight 10-12 Rep 2nd - failure set
04:49 - 5. One arm cable rear lateral - 2sets
05:48 - 6. reverse fly on high bench - 2sets, high Rep 12-15
06:40 - Front barbell raise - 2sets, 10-12rep
