Hello my dear ones! Today's exercise is focused on rejuvenating all the muscles and to promote good circulation.
Focus - On breathing and synchronising the movments.
Contraindications - Heart conditions and high blood pressure.
We all know the health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity, but many a times because of laziness, busy schedule, or not seeing results, sometimes you are too stressed or tired or not motivated enough... there are many reasons that people don't exercise. Regular physical activity is one of the easiest ways to reduce our risk for chronic disease and to improve our quality of life, Improve our memory and brain function (all age groups). Aid in weight management. Lower blood pressure and improve heart health. Improve our quality of sleep. Reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. Everyone benefits from exercise, no matter their age, sex or physical ability. So add these simple exercises to your daily routine and get fit and fabulous :) Have a wonderful day 😊
