I had a well dug 400’, no water, 20k. They dug in another location on my property 350’ and got 5 gals a minute 20k but they gave me a 50% discount on the first invoice because they decided I was paying a whole lot of money for nothing.
S/W Washington State, mostly pumice

35’ deep. Florida sand. Irrigation well, 6 gallons per minute. 10 gallon pressure tank. About 500$ me doing all the work. As of now I could back flow the house if I needed to.

Had awell drilled a month ago in southeast Missouri. They went 230' with liner. Drilled though rock and clay. To poke the hole was 11, 344. The pump work was 3, 156. So close to 15 k my flow rate 10 gallons a min. They said may be more but the stoped measuring after that because that was wonderful flow rate

Just had one drilled last month. All the wells in the area are 200-300 feet. We never found water until 975 feet. They drilled through sand and clay until 250 feet. They then drilled through sandstone all the way down to 975 feet. We got 36 GPM, and it is a flowing Artesian. Approximately 7 GPM blowing out of the top. It cost us $64k for the drilling, casing, and liner.

Maryland, my well is 150 ft deep, hit water at 100 ft, 20 gpm. Water level only drops 10 ft at 20 gpm for 3 hours. Residential use. Cost was 2, 500 to drill and sleeve in 2013. Pump, wiring, tank etc was another 1500.

WOW everything is expensive in Europe
Here in Sierra Leone, a 50m well can cost you like $300

January of 2022, in Florida, 4"pvc with a depth of 145ft through sand and limestone, submersible pump at 80' . Total cost well, 1.5 hp pump and 80 gallon bladder tank was $6000. Wiring to well extra.
Typical residential wells go 5k to 10k depending.

How much would it cost to dig a well in Hill Country today?McGregor.1000-1200 feet down. What should the gpm be for someone that uses a very high amount of water daily? How is grey water stored or gotten rid of? Thank you.

Got a couple quotes in East Texas for a 1200ft. well for around $75, 000.00. Still shopping around. After talking to some neighbors that had their 1000 + depth wells installed before inflation, the average price was about a quarter of that estimate.

Currently putting in an irrigation well. 400' through riverbed rock and boulder, 20 inch hole with 10 inch casing. 122 meters deep, .5 meter hole .25 meter casing. Looking at 800 - 1100 gpm / 3000 to 4000 litre per minute. Before pump, electric, and anything else, we're at $185k

Haven't gotten it done yet, but in central Arkansas (my specific area is more mud and clay than rock) I've been given a loose quote of $8G for 120 feet. Haven't gotten deep enough in the process to have a GPM. Just a round about figure.
