Fam, it's time to WORK! Full-Body Fat-Burning Workout to burn calories and tone all major muscle groups. If you don't have dumbbells, grab some water bottles or anything you have at home to add some extra weight. Let's push our bodies, work hard, and have FUN! Let's do it!!

▸ Muscles Worked: Full Body
▸ Time: 35 Min
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I used 1.5kg for your reference, pls increase or decrease suiting your strength levels) + exercise mat.
▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of rest continue to the next move.

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up
Two circuits - standing & core circuit (50s work + 10s rest)
Cool Down + Stretch

This workout is very pleasant, not only to the body but also to the soul. I used to workout by Lilly Sabri videos, but your videos seem better to me. Even though this is not yoga, but regular workout, it still has certain peace within itself ☺
