Building on yesterday’s exploration, this practice is about noticing if you are willing and available to check in with your true self each day. This is one of my favorite practice themes and HUGE in my personal body of work, which asks, “What is my relationship to center?”

Please do not miss this session as I include some of my favorite lessons for growing your practice both in asana and yogic philosophy. If you want to advance, do this work. Step into your power. Learn how to move from center.

We ease in today, so if you are tired or feeling unmotivated, I got you. Practice slowing down at the beginning of this session, then join me as we mindfully layer to POWER postures.

We will connect to subtle body gestures to make deeper discoveries that may (they will) support you both on and off the mat.

So proud of everyone who’s kept at this for 18 Days! But this comment is for those who had to skip a day or 2 (or 3!) due to the circumstances. Life often gets in the way but I’m proud of you for shaking it off and coming back to the mat the next (or next next) day! There’s for love and admiration for you too!

Today was a special day for me in Yoga. I do yoga with adriene almost a year, every day, and today is the first time that I succeeded to stand in crow pose for around 3 seconds. I got really excited about it, I was finishing the rest of the practice smiling, and I couldn't wait to finish it and tell my brother, because we are both doing yoga, he is in the US and I am in Europe, so this connects us because we can talk about the time on the mat, feels like we are doing it together :D

One day, I will fly in crow pose. Today was not that day. But I will keep coming back to my centre. Awesome practice today!

Gonna be honest I was feeling frustrated when I could not do the crow pose, but you know what? That’s ok. I gotta be patient with myself and show up daily so I can improve.

When Adrienne said just be patient and wait for the others to find their blocks or dvds that hit me really hard. I was like oh she is right I have to patient I am not alone in this. I am not alone in life. We all have to be patient with each other and learn and grown thru each other. Hope everyone found their center today or got a little closer. ❤

GUYS!!! Guys, I did the crow for the first time today!!! I'm so excited and delighted and I didn'tknow who else to share this with but you guys!
Ok, I didn't hold it for very long, but I still held it for a few seconds, which I'm so happy about! I'll keep building my strength to hold it for that bit longer.
Adriene, your tip about focusing on a point while getting into the pose instead of looking down/back at your feet really helped! Thank you!

I love how Adriene always says "hug your lower ribs in" and never "suck in your stomach." So much more body positive.
