"a lone wolf is certainly an introvert, but not every introvert is a loner." Do you agree with this statement?

One of my favourite quotes is "My solitude doesn't depend on the presence or absence of people; on the contrary, I hate who steals my solitude without, in exchange, offering me true company"-Friedrich Nietzsche

There is a sticker at my workplace that perfectly sums up me, and what you said about the lone wolf personality. “ I’m not antisocial, I’m selectively social”

I am lone wolf. First, I like to go cinema alone, I don't have to care whether others like the movie I watch or understand the movie I watch. Second, I often go shopping alone, I don't have to care people rushing me or my plan get into their way. Third, I have tendency of impulsive behavior, I can suddenly go for drinks/dine/sports without the need to ask for friend to join me.

I wasn't always a lone wolf, but being a natural outcast made me more self-isolating and quiet. And I'm okay with that. This video perfectly describes me. For the longest time, I wasn't okay with who I am, but through therapy, I've started to come to realize that being a lone wolf is actually pretty cool.

Being a lone wolf gives me time, space and freedom to do what I like and want. Yes, sometimes it's hard to not be part of a group and be left out, but I rather be free and true to myself than 'selling out'.

I wasn't always a lone wolf and wanted to fit in. As time went on I only got disappointments from others so I began keeping to myself more and more. It was the only way I could process the pain I felt from being unwanted or otherwise seemingly unwelcome by others without doing something I'd regret for the rest of my life. Its certainly helped me avoid further pain by accepting that I'm a lone wolf and doing things that add value and improvement in my life. At least I don't have distractions and have to hear the opinions of others.

Solitude is bliss, I am so happy being alone ❤ Nothing beats a nice book on a cozy couch, observing and criticizing my behavior and doing my best to be a better person.

Describes me very well. I always knew I was more of an introvert than an extrovert, but the older I become, the more I feel like the term 'Lone Wolf' fits my personality best. I can be social if I want, but I don't need social interaction to be happy or to enjoy my time, and I definitely don't need all the drama people cause nowadays. Thank you very much for this video!

It's me... People labeled me many ways (antisocial, loner, weird, psycho, silent creep and so on). I stopped caring about that at some point and went my own way. Thank you for reassuring me there's nothing wrong with being a lonewolf

This video perfectly described who I am. I thought I was weird before. But understanding myself more, made me love myself

I’m definitely an lonely wolf and yes. I do self analysis both good and negative. Try to improve on both sides. Don’t care about making friends at all. I choose to isolate myself when I need quality recovery. I don’t like anything to disrupt my recovery time.

I work with the public, and I've always been told I have an outgoing personality, and I find it easy to strike up conversations with anyone. However, in my personal time, I find solitude backpacking the wilderness. Sometimes, being away from people and things helps me to truly focus on what is really important. I've been critiqued for not having a lot of friends, but I find friendships with like-minded people.

I am certainly one. I tried doing the dating thing, because that's what you are "supposed" to do. I broke off every relationship. I don't dislike them, I just like me more. I prefer close friends over live-in relationships.

I'm actually a lone wolf, I could do everything on my own, no need for others. I think the others just help me do things faster than I could. I find myself in every statement you made. Great vid!

Me my whole life.

I’m a social enough guy when I want to be but when I don’t it always throws people through a loop. Parents never really understood that so that led to a lot of issues on their end.

Always have, and always will be a Lonewolf and I’m proud of it!

"We live in a world where people love to talk about themsleves" that is certaintly true. I've tried to make friends with people, but they usually just spill their lifestory and go, yet I don't feel any closer or personal afterwards.

As someone who already knew they had this personality type, I very much appreciated this video.
It was very relatable.

43 years old, and I have only just learnt about this personality after the separation of a very long marriage. For so long I thought I was an introvert, but so much of a lone wolf personality makes sense to me. It's amazing that even at this age I am still learning so much about myself. Thank you Psi.
