Is it weird that I don’t see what the fuss is all about, I love mixing herbs and everything but Chimichuri just doesn’t move me the same way a mushroom pan sauce does on a Ribeye? Anyone else the same? I must be missing something.

I normally do the normal version with Olive oil, Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar, Parsley and dry Oregano all
mixed and I sometimes add other things like Lemon, Onion etc but I am not too impressed. I sometimes like it but it’s no where near a pan sauce.

I must be doing something wrong.
