Barbacoa Tacos

To a sealable bag add
2 pounds of chuck roast
1/4 of an onion
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tbsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of Chipotle Sweet Lime Rub
A few shakes of Five Pepper Blend
Vacuum seal and sous vide at 180 degrees for 8 hours
Shred your meat and add it to tortillas!
