Been listening for 2 weeks, and no longer crave sugar and making healthy food choices. It's definitely working. I was a serious binge eater. And I've not had one binge ❤

I have been searching for months for the right hypnotherapy to sort out my eating problems. I have binge eating disorder and on medication but those apps do not help me. The cause of the eating is complex so had to first sort that out then am left with the bingeing. Am not obese, but about 10kg overweight, and my weight stays the same because of intermittent fasting. I do not feel any need to eat food but go on sugar or carb binges. Finally have listened to this for 4 days, lost 1.5kg and have more willpower to stop the binges. I will continue for eternity if I have to. Am really happy. Such a relief saying no to sugar.

I fall asleep listening to this on my weight loss/‘glow up’ playlist and this has helped me tremendously on reaching my goals in just a short period of time so far. My appetite has been curbed and I’ve been able to fast with success and lose weight quicker than I thought.

I am trying this for a month from now. I have no clue about the other comments but I am not a bot and I want to loose weight as my whole year sucked due to an accident and loosing a job and spending time to find another one....I just want spend the last two months of this year loving me and taking care of my body.

I legit lost 5lbs after listening to this for 3 days. I was absolutely unable to lose a pound this past month then I start listening to this daily and bam! Can’t believe it. I’ve done nothing else different.

I’m about to turn this on for the third night. My appetite has gone, I’m not hungry making it so much easier to make good choices. I’m also less tired and have lost 7 pounds! Can’t wait to see where I’m at after 28 days.

I don't know how in the world this works or what I even listen to after about 10 mins bc I fall asleep. I'm starting my 4th night tonight and I have felt good for the last few days. I have chocolate in my house and I haven't touched it. And I am a binger and emotional eater weighing over 350. I have got to make something happen and I pray this works.

Ok, it's been a week, and I can't even eat the same volume of food that I'm used to eating. It's very frustrating because I've always been a volume eater!!! I'm learning to accept it, though, since the scale is going down. Let's just say, I really look forward to this every night. ❤ thank you!

I’ve been listening for a few weeks and have became hooked. I work rotating shifts and it reeks havoc on my metabolism. This video is helpful for sleeping and i feel much better. I haven’t lost significant weight but I believe I will

I've tried numerous other sites which didn't work for me, this site was my last try and I'm 7lbs down, stopped craving rubbish and I'm not constantly looking for food. Can't wait to see how I fair at the end of the month. I'm happy I found this and it works ☺️☺️

Again; like your other weight loss video, while playing during my sleep I dream of a 50’s diner, seeing waitresses carrying teal blue dishes/platters of food but I never eat. However It’s a quaint feeling place, it’s a funny dream but maybe I’ll visit there again tonight. Very interesting indeed. 😀
