Hi, great instructive videos. I used to like doing various push ups as a morning routine. A few yrs ago I strained my triceps somehow. I get a sharp pain in the tricep ( not in the elbow joint). I had to stop doing push ups for while. After a few months I would try again and almost immediately I can feel that pain coming on. I try to do as wide as possible since it puts less strain on the tricep.
Any suggestions as to what I could've strained or pulled and what could be done to remedy it. Thanks and keep the content coming!
