Hi great short videos and to the point, well done! Now I have a question, what if I neither my Microsoft account nor the CMD to view the Bitlocker keys works? Meaning I got the same message you got on this video. So what do you recommend? Since both my drives on disk manager show they are bitlocker encrypted. Can I or should Disable it, so that in case I cannot authenticate, I can at least get my data back? Or should I just backup my data and re-install MS windows 10? And if I do that will I get a new Bitlocker Key or can I create a new one? Thanks.
