Thank you so much, it worked perfectly and I am not sure why this BitLocker was there at first place and surprisingly It had a recovery key in my Microsoft account, which was equally surprising. the good thing is that it worked and I am able to access my laptop now. God Bless you!

I wish I could give you about a hundred thumbs up. I spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft and let them take over my screen, and they couldn't unlock my drive (they went to a different account page for me that showed a code for one of my drives, but not all of them). All the drives appeared on the link that you provided, and this worked. Thank you, so much, for posting.
