I love this! I milled einkorn flour, added spelt and for 2 days I've made these. I'm doing Daniel Fast and this bread is perfect with added bitter herbs (Za'atar) and onion flakes. And praying, thanking and praising while kneading brings the fasting connection to a whole other level. Thank you Annette for the recipe and video.
