i’ve been making these since i was a little girl (my family is originally from italy). they are so delicious and wholesome. i loved to make them for my grandpop - he loved making sandwiches with them. i always think of him when i make them. my indian neighbor taught me to make paratha and roti, my mexican friend taught me tortillas- love how every culture has their own flatbreads and they’re all equally delicious and comforting! call me crazy but i do believe flatbread is my favorite food lol

It's called capati in East African countries, the fun thing is that you can add in veggies in the dough as well, and it comes up having little veggie in it. It is so good.

Yesss I love them and made them often. So easy so good! Especially in summer, you can fill it with Tomato's and organic mozzarella and basil or organic French goat cheese. It will lightly melt... Delicious. You can even use Oat flour or any whole flour for a more rustic flavor. Miam 🙂.
