This is the tweak version of the low-to-high cable fly. If the traditional method doesn't work for you, you can try this. However, everyone's chest anatomy is different.

You need to keep your elbows tucked low. The chest works by bring your elbows together, this version will dump the load into your shoulders

Nope! It’s less effective for upper chest.✅ this will target your front delt not upper chest

I never do these tho bc they focus more on the front delts, which are over worked, just do a very wide incline cable press
