You have not experienced a cramp until you get one in the front of the thigh area. Good God the pain is incredible. Then just as it starts going away you could feel it rumbling to come back and you have to brace yourself for more pain. Absolutely terrible.

When I was young, I had to stretch before I worked out. Now that I’m old, I have to stretch before I lie down! Sheesh! 😂🥴

My grandma suffers from leg cramps almost everyday and I hate watching her go through it because I don’t know how to deal with it so I’m watching this hoping I can learn and help her.

My husband suffers from severe leg cramps, especially at night- he's been up 3 times a night for the past three nights. He drinks water during the day, uses the Theraworx and takes pills for cramps at night. This was not working particularly well. The addition of the NUUN tablets was a game changer. He's been free of those night cramps for the last three nights. Thank you so much for all your videos. I'm a huge fan.

Just take 500mg of magnesium at bedtime or during the day sometime. Sometimes I take it twice a day. Magnesium relaxes muscles and calcium causes them to tighten. If I drink too much milk or eat too much cereal with milk, I get too much calcium and my calves cramp at night. Same with too much cheese. Then, I’ll take magnesium.

I take a capsule of magnesium when I wake up with muscle spasms in my calf, but after watching this video and reading the comments how some find relief from pickle juice etc, I'm remembering what my herbalist told me on my first muscle test. He said my body was low in salt, which confused me because I put salt on everything! He told me I wasn't eating the right salt. He told me to buy Redmond's Sea Salt, as it still has all of the minerals in it and that's what my body needed. He told me to take a quarter-sized dose of the salt every morning. I couldn't believe how much better I felt! My cramps stopped, my heart didn't race anymore and I was able to stop taking Xanax for the "anxiety" I thought I had. Turned out I just needed salt. I ran out of this special salt 6 months ago, and now I'm getting leg cramps again. Time to buy more

Thank You, Gentleman I have suffered from spinal damage and surgerys' to keep me walking since 1999, I am now 49 years old and I find myself with nerve damage in my arms and legs. Your videos give me hope, and inspiration, I will pass my knowledge on to the next generation over and over again. As knowledge is power. For far to long we the people have a responsibility to, (not see threw each other but to see each other threw.)

The cramps I’ve gotten and get that deserve the Oscar Award 🥇 for the most excruciating pain are hamstring cramps. That’s like half your body in one giant screaming 😱 cramp. I’ll get them in both legs at the same time usually while sitting and sometimes in bed. The best thing I’ve found to alleviate them is to drink about 8 ounces of a 50/50 mix of apple cider vinegar and water.
