I was feeling really relaxed during this meditation and it felt great but then my mind voice started thinking “you’re not gonna feel like this all the time. This isn’t your norm” but I was able to instantly combat it and think to myself “No, this is who I truly am and how I truly feel” and I was able to maintain that relaxed feeling.

I suffer from nightmares and I can hardly ever sleep peacefully. Ever since I listen to your meditations, I am able to sleep and go through my day. I listen to you almost everyday and it's so helpful. It's my favorite meditation. Thank you so much for these life changing videos. ❤

i have trouble staying asleep, dennis. I usually get 8 hrs of sleep. these past few weeks i keep waking up at 4AM not being able to fall asleep again ): even if i dont use my phone and just lay down and listen to music. i cannot sleep. hopefully this video will help me
