Mid back Pain⁉️ This thoracic (mid back) rotation technique is awesome for opening up the joints in the mid back as well as the shoulder! If you have some pain in the mid back, it is likely that your mid back is very weak. As a result, the ribs can “slip” and the joints of the spine can get locked up! This “Golf Stretch” with the stick often results in some “pops” and “cracks” and can temporarily relieve pain in the mid back.

If you are having mid back pain you will ultimately want to strengthen and work on thoracic rotation, shoulder blade control and postural awareness for long term relief.

We spend a lot of our time working in flexion, extension and side bending and neglect rotation. If you sit at a desk, work on a computer, or have rounded posture your rotation is likely limited. This will cause you to overuse your shoulders, low back, hips and knees.

This guy has the as Neegan 😆😁 For some reason makes me understand the content more haha. Great stuff btw I am seeimg lots of things I have never seen before to improve flexibilty, stability, mobility, strength in my fitness 💪👍

Can you guys do a series on wrist fractures/strains/sprains from heavy lifting. I ended up having a bad left wrist injury from push workouts from dumbells and slowly ended up messing up my left shoulder in the process. My wrist seems crooked, still need to get an X-ray but I am hoping you guys come up with something charming to reposition my wrist and add it in the forever fix you program since I am going to be buying that. I just want to avoid unneccessary doctor visits and prob a surgery, which will mess me up even more afterwards. Hopefully you guys come up with something on the wrist and elbow maybe too. THANKS!!
