I’ve had a rough couple days dealing with rage, usually physical activity is how I cleanse the anger from myself but I’ve been unable do to some other circumstances. I am hopeful this will help me relax and remember I don’t need the anger.

I don’t think you should deny your feelings. Trying to be positive when you feel anything but I don’t believe is healthy. I looked for something to help sooth myself due to horrible circumstances and find fake positivity so toxic and wrong. It just makes things worse

Great meditation, thank you! the only problem is the background music ..., it's too much, it's more awakening and exciting than relaxing. I hope I could listen to this without any background music.
