i had a neck/shoulder pain on my left side maybe due to my sleeping position, then i tried this and gave me instant relief. i always did this stretching on my exercises though but never really realized that the stretch can help neck/shoulder pain. thanks for the vid

I have a question for the last exercise:
Do you have to hold up for 10 seconds, hold behind 10 seconds then hold down for 10 seconds? Repeat this whole rep 20 times?
And then do it back up front 20 times again?
