I had sleep issues for many, many years. Now what gets me to sleep is a 20 minute Dr Joe Dispenza meditation. The last few months I've been waking up at 4am (perimenopausal) and not been able to get back to sleep - unless I do another Dr Joe meditation. It happens that 4am is a great time to meditate, so I'll do an hour. My heart rate drops dramatically as does my core body temperature (I need a blanket when I'm done), my brain is in a very zen state and when I'm finished I'll fall back asleep for another 3 hours. It's the one thing that works for me, I'm in a completely different realm enjoying the trip and I'm not stressing about not sleeping.

I improved my sleep by stopping drinking. Stopped taking Magnesium - works for me.. over complicating too many steps to try and sleep. Try no alcohol. Stress is a major factor too…

My deep sleep never went up more than 30 mn what ever I do
I do sauna light therapy rebounder good diet and consistent sleep schedule
Since I added Tudca at night I can easily go to one hour without changing anything in my lifestyle
Clearly the liver needs some help

You lost me when he said ‘high fat high caloric food’…
High fat food does NOT make us fat.
And calories are NOT a food.
What will make us fat is carbs/sugar
