Mein pehle sirf 5-6 ghante he sota tha (nearly 4 months) lekin bohot exaust ho jata tha fir badme muzhe samajh mein aa gaya fir mene daily compulsory 7-8 ghante sone laga aur bohot fresh feel karta hai...
Trust me jab mein 7-8 hrs sota hu tab meri padhai aur jyada effectively acchi hoti thi as compared to when 5-6 hrs sota tha...

Conclusion: take enough sleep, its better for health as well and more efficiently u will be able to study !!
Average sleep: 7 hrs
Max to max: 8 hrs
Min to min: 6 hrs

Many peoples think that sleeping more than 6 hrs is waste of time, but this is completely wrong !!

I want to reduce my sleep to 5 hours bcoz 8 hours I spend in school and I got very less time to prepare for jee

A rule of thumb

Enough sleep : 8 hrs
Reccomended sleep : 6hrs
Minimum Sleep : 4hrs (do not continue with this small amount of sleep.)
