thanks for this Dr. Oz. What I am currently having a problem is that when I sleep at 10pm, I used to wake up at 2-3am and it is hard for me to get back to sleep or sometimes I will still be up until 5am which is supposed to be my wake up time. Hope someone can help. thank you

I could've told that. I'm 67 and I only sleep about 5 hours and I wake up without an alarm clock basically 5 hours after I have fallen asleep. My body says it's done, rise up!

K how can be still tyerd after u get good sleep but wake up still want go back to sleep even if u stay awake and still get Acuff rest but feel like that waht do I do me and my girl frend
