The best way to cook eggplants

This is a personal favourite and a very popular Persian appetizer which is always a crowd pleaser.

It’s quite similar to Baba Ghanoush or Mutabal as the base also consists of mashed cooked eggplants. Enjoy!

Its called ' Bhrta ' in india
Means a mixture of 🍆 & mixed it properly with chilli, garlic, onion and 🍅 Tomato, u can eat it without fry, bt yaa aftr fry it's become more delicious, the best point - add butter and eat with chpati 🍪or roti or bread 😋😋😋😋

In Marocco we call it Zaalouk!

I love this recipe.
I made it and put it in the fridge...my mother made a pasta sauce out of it the next day 😂

Lots of people say it’s like bharta which I have tried and trust me it’s not the same because I have tried it in many different Indian restaurants here in Canada and I love Indian food as well which I crave for it time to time. But when it comes to Kashk e baademjaan ( eggplant) nobody comes close to the taste of it. 🙏👌
