This has been one of my go-to Chicken Marinades for a long time and for a good reason. If you're looking for a new chicken recipe I would definitely give this one a shot.

Chicken Marinade
4 chicken breast
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
25 leaves basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup EVOO
Pinch salt

Grill pans make your food look nice, but they leave about half of the surface without searing. The flat surface of a regular pan makes for better tasting food than a grill pan.

In morter/pestle
Olive oil, M&Pestle, repeat
Pound 4 ckn breasts to 3/4".
Slather, cover, marinate 2+hrs/overnight.
Ultra hot (not basted in oil) ski)et
2:20 mins do 1/4 turn

I think one more then rest 1/2 as long as u cooked it
Slice, olive oil, lemon, finishing salt!
