I have never been so frustrated following videos and instructional guides. Instructions and videos feel very rushed and seems like bits are missing. for Example, not advising creating shared etc. it completely goes on assumptions that the user knows things already. I could be wrong and maybe i'm missing something.

Is your SmartDeploy server (in this video) open to the public? I know you said it was hosted in Azure. If the server is locked down behind a firewall, what rules need to be created?

We don't need to see you have a high DPI monitor. We need to see your product and content you're trying to demonstrate. Next time lower the resolution of your display or record only a portion of your screen.
