I took my laptop to an official samsung service place to remove two tiny screws that were stuck so I could access the RAM ports. The guys reset my pc, just so they could remove two screws, and when I got back home Windows 11 was acting up. This video helped a lot, thank you!!!!

I did a reset like this, keeping my files . And now the pc won’t start windows or when it opens gives an option to sign in as guess or administrator and when click on them it says user does not exist . What can I do now . I saw it said undoing changes while doing the re installing but what now ?
