If it says that "Recovery enviroment not found" You'll need to go into the the windows search bar in the bottom left and type in "Create a recovery drive". If you follow the steps that it gives you then it will work and the cmd will become successful after you type it back in. You will need a USB in order to do this though. Hope this is found.

The problem was that last time I had to reset Windows to factory settings, it was because the error was that the Settings app was broken and crashed as soon as you tried opening it 😄
