This is great. My 1st tech job I was a hardware builds technician and I would usually reimage brand new computers with our custom build Windows OS. But every now and then there would be times where I would have to re image users' computers with their data in it and I would always get nervous in fear of losing their data.

I just got my first IT job. A user needed her laptop re-imagined, and my junior tech did not back her stuff at all. I realized this a couple of days later when I got her a brand new laptop. It's my site and he's there only once a week. He's supposedly there to mentor me. It was embarrassing to me that he did that.

But I let it slide because she went to him instead of me. Pretty sure only because I'm new.
