Thank you! As a menopausal woman trying to do everything natural, the majority of us sleep in intervals of 2-4 hours at a time. Without pharmaceutical intervention, deep sleep is no longer a guarantee. These videos help so much going through this process. I feel like, if you named a video “menopausal relaxation” you would get 4x’s as many clicks as it is a worldwide issue. Thank you for all you do. - So Grateful

I started a new nursing job the end of March and I am absolutely exhausted mentally and physically!! I have autoimmune disease and some days it feels like I am running threw water. My mom passed away May 19, 2024. 😢 I then had to have exploratory female surgery on May 21, 2024, which I pray is benign. I've never in my life been so overwhelmed. I don't know what has happened this past week and yet I do know. I hope this session helps calm me down. 😢 I believe in God. I don't feel abandoned by Him. I just don't know what I should do. I've listened to Michael in the past. It's helped me and pray it does now too. Thank you. 😢

It is 3:33 am in California & I have my usual insomnia, which wakes me around 2:30-3 am. Your very soothing voice, splendid back ground music, helps me relax, remove negative thoughts, mindless thinking of all that I have not accomplished in my days, months & years of my 81 years. I have almost 17 months in recovery and I work a 12 hour shift at the very treatment center that helped to save my life. I'm currently taking parenting classes, living with 6 other women and trying to get college figured out and so much more. I'm exhausted and ive noticed my anxiety and depression amping up especially within the last month. I feel like I can't escape this feeling of exhaustion and heaviness/emptiness. It's to the point where I'll eat once or twice every two days. This last week has been the height of it and I finally allowed myself to just release and cry and cry. I am overwhelmed to say the least. I picked up on your videos about four days ago and I can already feel a difference. I have insomnia like crazy but I'm able to fall back asleep almost instantly as soon as I hear your calming and soothing voice. I just wanted to take the time to tell you how grateful I am for you and the different videos you make. I feel like you have saved my sanity and even possibly my recovery. I wish you nothing but the best and say thanks a million times and a million more 💜🥹

I can actually provide proof this worked. I wear a Fitbit to sleep, and usually my sleep score is around 60, last night I listened to this and my sleep score was an 81!

Wow! I've been meditating every night with you since 2021, but this meditation took me on a journey like never before. I fell asleep as per usual to your voice, and then you started humming, and suddenly, I got these beautiful 4D geometric images, and my body felt so light. I've only experienced this once before during an ayahuasca ceremony. It was beautiful and transcending! Afterwards I was lucid dreaming all night. I appreciate that i can go to bed and within moments of one of your videos, I'll have a smile on my face, curled up with my pillow. I don't fall asleep running today's events around my head, tossing around until i end up needing sleeping meds. I fall asleep peacefully and knowing that tomorrow is a clean slate, a fresh start, and sleeping is an emotional detox from yesterday's toxic thoughts. I have just lost my grandmother this morning I believe she is my sister and mother from past lives too. I will miss her so very much. Thank you for this track to help my body heal from this loss. Getting over a bad bought of covid (just received the booster too). The loss of my beloved husband and all of my fur babies has taken a toll on my health and well being. It has been a very lonely road. These self-hypnosis videos have helped me to relax and get a better night's sleep.

These audio recordings are SO helpful. I listen to them at night to settle my overactive mind. Nothing's worse than not being able to settle my thoughts or even trying to breathe, but focusing on your voice, the images, the intention, helps me restore my nervous system.
