Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 Soft Silken Tofu
- 150g of Pork Collar
- 1 Litre of Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp of minced Garlic
- 5 Tbsp of Kimchi
- 1 Tbsp of Gochujang Paste
- Spring Onion (garnish)

Instructions:
1. Slice silken tofu, pork collar and set aside
2. In a pot, throw in minced garlic, chicken stock and bring it to a boil
3. Next, add in kimchi, gochujang paste and give it a good stir
4. Throw in silken tofu and pork collar. Once silken tofu and pork collar is cook, add in spring onion for garnish and enjoy!

hello! do i put the stove on medium heat? how long does this take to cook? how long does tofu take to cook?

You should have used hard tofu rather than that soft tofu. Good try but it's more like kimchi soup not kimchi jjigae.
